    1. The difference between cyberbullying and bullying is that cyberbullying can happen anywhere. As long as someone has access to the Internet, a bully can interfere with someone and a victim can get comments that offend them but bullying more remote. It usually happens during school hours and in places where the bully and the victim are in the same location.
